Our vetting process is rigorous. We personally interview each self-employed cleaner at their residence, allowing us to observe the state of their home and gain insights into their background and personal circumstances. We also conduct a detailed interview and identity verification, ensuring they meet our strict ‘cleaning our own homes’ standard.

Are the cleaners thoroughly reference checked?

Absolutely. We require and verify references for all our self-employed cleaners. Only those with outstanding references are admitted to our pool of approved cleaners.

Is there a minimum service duration?

The standard minimum weekly service duration is two hours, though this may vary. Your local office can provide detailed information regarding their specific minimum service requirements.

What about insurance coverage?

Our businesses are insured for a minimum of £2 million pounds. To maintain competitive pricing, there’s a £100 excess on all insurance claims, which is the client’s responsibility. This insurance is designed to cover major damage incidents.

Are there any contracts or agreements to sign?

There is an initial agreement for a period of 13 weeks, followed by a rolling contract on a monthly basis.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?

Yes. We assign a consistent, dedicated part-time casual cleaner for your weekly cleaning needs, ensuring familiarity and efficiency in their routine and your home.

What cleaning tasks does the service include?

Our cleaners perform standard tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and polishing, along with cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. They can also clean windows and undertake other general household cleaning tasks upon your request. With a dedicated cleaner, you can tailor the service to your specific needs, deciding which tasks are done weekly and which are rotated.
